ALUMINUM SHEET WITH POLY CRAFT COATING
Due to the presence of salt in hot insulation compounds such as rock wool, if moisture penetrates into this layer, the hot insulation in the vicinity of the insulation equipment and aluminum sheet becomes conductive and electrochemical corrosion will occur with the formation of galvanic cells. While kraft paper in the product, absorbs moisture and prevents the formation of galvanic cells.
If the amount of moisture in the insulation exceeds the absorption of paper, the polyethylene layer in the product will prevent the passage of electricity and thus prevent electrochemical corrosion of pipes and equipment.
Aluminum sheet with polycraft coating with a width of 1 meter and from the aggregate thickness (thickness of aluminum sheet plus 0.2 mm thickness of kraft paper) 1.4 mm can be produced in three physical forms: smooth and shutters, step 5 mm and step 32 mm.
ALUMINUM SHEET WITH POLYSTYRENE COATING
Polyserlin (psmb) waterproofing is a three-layer extrusion of polyethylene and serlin (or DU POINT) polymers with a thickness of 76 micrometers. Polyserylene (PSMB) is a thermal laminate used for mechanical insulation to prevent cracks and galvanic corrosion of the inner surfaces of metal cladding, reservoir pipes and other equipment.
These corrosions occur when water and moisture enter the insulation system through installed joints or damaged parts.
Appearance of the film: Polyserlin film with its light blue color is different from other similar films and allows the viewer to confirm its existence just by looking at the metal cover.
